Bani Trading offers refurbished IT equipment. The condition, testing, included parts, and any product-specific warranty may differ by item; rely on the details shown for that item and the written terms provided with your order.
3. Quotes, Orders, and Acceptance
A quote is based on the products, quantities, and terms shown in that quote. It is not an order until Bani Trading confirms acceptance in writing. Orders submitted through the website are requests to purchase; we will send an order confirmation when accepted. If we cannot accept an order, we will let you know and arrange any payment reversal required.
Please check your order details before submitting. Contact us promptly if you believe an order contains an error.
4. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices, applicable taxes, delivery charges, and any other disclosed charges will be shown in the checkout, quote, or order confirmation. The amount and payment terms in the accepted order confirmation govern your purchase. If a clear pricing or listing error is identified before acceptance, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected terms or cancel the request.
Payment is processed through the payment method or provider presented during checkout or stated in your accepted quote. Do not send full payment card details by email.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Available delivery options, charges, and estimated timing will be shown at checkout or in your quote or order confirmation. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed date in writing. If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will provide any notice and options required by applicable law.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. If a shipment arrives damaged or appears incomplete, contact us promptly and keep the packaging and relevant records so we can review the issue.
6. Returns and Warranty
Return eligibility, process, and any product warranty are governed by the terms presented for the item, in your accepted quote or order confirmation, or in a separate Bani Trading policy that applies to your purchase. Please review those terms before ordering and contact us for help with a return or warranty request.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
